Nov. 6th, 2006 11:56 amAfter an amazingly rapid turnaround Chapter 40 of NTLJ, Stalking the Game, is up at FictionAlley. In which Cassius loses his rag, and the Aurors go to make an arrest with unexpected consequences.
Lyrics: Saturday's song was The Smiths' Bigmouth Strikes Again from 1985, as spotted by
parthenia14 and
dogstar101. So hastily pulling another song from the ones I used for the pub quiz last night:
What's wrong with the world mama?
People living like ain't got no mamas
I think the whole world's addicted to the drama
Only attracted to the things that bring you trauma
Overseas yeah we tryin' to stop terrorism
But we still got terrorists here livin'
In the USA the big CIA the Bloodz and the Crips and the KKK (2000s)

Date: 2006-11-06 06:59 pm (UTC)(I've given up on adding author's notes in the 'proper' place instead of at the end of the chapter for the moment -- too often the bug means they vanish into thin air, and another bug means that if you edit a chapter the story doesn't appear in the Chapter Owls etc, so resubmitting doesn't help.)
