OK, I'll admit, that line from Torchwood 2x05 (Adam) made me do a double-take the first time I heard it. But my reaction then was: surely after all the Gwen/Rhys stuff in the last two episodes it can't be that she's saying she's in love with Jack? Then I considered it a bit more closely.
Gwen's lines during the hypnotism scene after Jack tells the team to go back to find something personal:
(1) Gwen is here talking fondly but sadly about Rhys's unjustified fears about her relative feelings for the two of them, rather than what she actually feels. That's the way I read it -- it seems the most natural interpretation in context, given her first couple of memories and the wording of the third (the "like I ..." leading on from the "what he feels for me" as an explanation, not an independent statement).
(2) Gwen is being affected by Adam's mental manipulation, and bringing buried feelings for Jack forward is a side-effect of losing her memories of Rhys. Less likely given the wording, but possible -- and if so, the feelings will get re-buried as a result of the amnesia pill.
PS -- I just noticed the title and tagline for episode 7, which are interesting:
It runs as follows:
"Dead Man Walking: Captain Jack Harkness unleashes a primal force that uses Torchwood as a conduit to wreak havoc across Earth."
First thought: oh no, not again. Will they never learn?
Second thought: hmm, which particular dead man will be walking, I wonder? I think we can take a pretty good guess at the obvious, eh?
Third thought: will the solution to this somehow provide a reset for the events of Reset? Or does it result from them trying to find one? It would be quite interesting if Jack and Martha end up with another set of events no-one else can remember ...
Gwen's lines during the hypnotism scene after Jack tells the team to go back to find something personal:
"College canteen. Rhys sitting opposite me telling stupid jokes. 'Where do you find a tortoise with no legs? Where you left it.'"And the key one:
"Kissing him in the supermarket. The look on his face ..."
"It's the way he looks at me sometimes -- as if he's scared what he feels for me, like I love him, but not in the way I love you." [turns to Jack with a slight smile]Right then. I can think of a couple of other plausible ways to interpret that other than "oh noes not Gwen/Jack HOW COULD THEY?":

*snicker* I doubt it. And a reset? Interesting theory! Ooh, I'm looking forward to Wednesday already.
