NTLJ chapter 30 at Chamber of Secrets

snorkackcatcherFinally -- I've posted an all-new chapter of Nymphadora Tonks and the Liquor of Jacmel at Chamber of Secrets: chapter 30, Sources of Information, in which the team get an unexpected tip-off and a break in one of their cases ...
This reason this is 'chapter 30' instead of 'part XXXIX' is because I was making some small changes to keep things in line with HBP anyway, and so decided to bite the bullet and bring the rest of the text into line with the FictionAlley version.
I hasten to add that the changes are basically editing for better expression and don't alter the plot, although it does mean the chaptering of the early parts is different (as I combined some of the original short CoS chapters to meet the FA length requirements).
The only really significant change is that now Rufus Scrimgeour is mentioned as Cassius' great-nephew. When the story starts, he's head of the Northern Division in Edinburgh, at Claymore's level, and is now the man who took charge of the investigation into the World Cup fiasco instead of Claymore.
(That last change also affects the FictionAlley version. Yes, I know I didn't include that in my earlier list of revisions, but I didn't think of it until afterwards. Since it's a background subplot -- we already know they didn't catch the culprits -- it doesn't really affect NTLJ that much, but it does fit better with HBP.)
