When I wandered over to the

femgenficathon LJ a while back (inquisitively following somebody's link AFAIR) I noticed a few unallocated numbers and foolishly inquired about putting my name down for one. It's dawned on me that the deadline is 15th August, less than a week away.

Now

gehayi in the rules post seemed, erm, well let's say rather keen that stories should be betaed. Unfortunately, I can't just post a story here and ask for comments as that would go against one of the contest rules. So would anyone be willing to do a very quick beta job if I emailed them the story in a couple of days?

Basically a para or two dashed off along the lines of a short review would suffice, just so I can put my hand on my heart and say it was betaed. It won't be a long piece (probably a couple of pages of A4/1500 words max). It's set round about the end of HBP and the POV character is Millicent Bulstrode.
