How Mandy Brocklehurst Found the Best Boyfriend Ever by Jetamors.

Lyrics: The Stone Roses song last time round was Love Spreads, first single off the Second Coming album, as recognised by [livejournal.com profile] dogstar101 (who even had an icon to match!), [livejournal.com profile] modestyrabnott, and [livejournal.com profile] lazy_neutrino, and [livejournal.com profile] threeoranges pointed out that you could sing it to the tune of Mack the Knife. :)

Another classic album title track:

Well, I dreamed I saw the knights in armor coming
Saying something about a queen
There were peasants singing and drummers drumming
And the archer split the tree
(1970s)

Yay, I got here first for once! It's Neil Young, and the song is ... um ... er ... the "Look at Mother Nature on the run in the 1970's" thing. You know. That one.

:: slaps forehead :: I really suck at remembering titles.

I can't remember the title either, but I know exactly which one it is. First song on 'After the Gold Rush," is it? In fact, is it actually called "After the Gold Rush"???
