Cheers! I'm drinking champagne now. We went to see the Da Vinci Code, which isn't a bad film, given how egregious the book was. Ugh! But I always thought there was a reasonable little action-adventure story in there and there is. The cast are all reasonable, too - no howlingly bad performances.

I haven't read the book or seen the film. I kind of don't feel I'm really missing much.

Not really. Well, regarding the book, the first page is definitely worth reading as it's a good indicator of the author's writing style. As for the film - only if you like going to the pictures, which I do :)
