Oh well, I can mention this now -- a fluffy pinch-hit for hp_holidaygen:

Lyrics: The last song was of course New Year's Day by U2 from 1983, fondly remembered by magnolia_mama. Shockingly, this next one wasn't on the omniocular Beatles title list, although I remember seeing somewhere that they recorded a version of it -- probably in a studio jam session while completely stoned :D.
