Lyrics: The last one was the very fine Pills and Soap by The Impostor (aka Elvis Costello) from 1983, spotted bylazy_neutrino even if she does prefer Oliver's Army. :) Here's another great politically-pointed song, sadly as apposite now as it was when first recorded:
