snorkackcatcherIf (and that’s not a small if) I get my story for Gun’s VTM contest done by the end of the Christmas weekend, would anybody be up for a quick beta job? The SPaG and canonicity aspects can be ignored (I’m fairly confident those will be acceptable), it’s more sanity-checking that I’m after -- just someone to read through the fic and say whether it works/makes sense or not.
It’s set over a week or so shortly after Harry’s 17th birthday, and focuses on the Trio in general and Hermione in particular, with cameos from some of the other usual suspects (the twins, Ginny, Luna, Remus, Tonks). Fairly light -- the central idea almost certainly isn’t the way JKR is planning to go, although some of the secondary themes might well be! G-rated and mostly gen although naturally there is some Ron/Hermione and Harry/Ginny. Will probably end up as about 5-6,000 words.
