That story has so many levels of WTF that I lost count.

So, so many levels of WTF. *shakes head* Is it even legal to taser someone of that age?

Apparently it is there ... The chief of police didn't seem to think it was out of order. In fact the actions of all the adults involved leave me gobsmacked.

Tasing and handcuffing aside, why did the police even send someone to answer this call in the first place? It's not the police's responsibility to subdue temper tantrums. I'd hit, kick, and thrash, too, if some stranger told me he was going to arrest me for not taking a shower! Good lord!

Well, yeah. None of this makes any sense at all. If the story hadn't been taken from the officer's own report, I'd have assumed that it had been constructed to make them look bad.
