Shame you missed them. In fact I also saw them at Glastonbury - can't remember the year but maybe 1998 or 2000? Glastonbury's a great place for clocking up a large number of bands very quickly, including a few big names I'll never see anywhere else, like Van Morrison, Bob Dylan and (I think) Johnny Cash.
