Queen of the Universe

This has been bugging me and I clearly haven't been Googling the right things to find the answer: in last night's Doctor Who, one of the kids says to Clara "When someone offers to make you Queen of the Universe, you say yes!" I'm pretty sure that's a reference to a line in something else I've heard or seen fairly recently, but I can't remember what, dammit. Can anyone help me out here?
